Current Employee Products are great but very difficult to place outside of company’s primary target market (hospitals). Leadership outside the main hospital division understanding and will do what they can to support their reps. However, rep compensation for what executive leadership asks of this division — often without the resources needed to grow these markets— is disappointing, especially compared to similar med device companies
