Current Employee Good culture. Poor training. Stable role, good perks and autonomy, but limited upside- especially if you’re not “mobile.”
There’s opportunity but requires you to be mobile in most cases to advance.
Lot of mid level turnover. Many get to area sales manager / account manager role then seem to eventually go elsewhere.
Again, being willing to move every couple of years is the largest predictor of advancement.
