Spray and pray outreach, outdated data, terrible commission structure, recruiters waking up at 5 AM to compete for leads, and a cultish "family" / "grind so you don't have a life" culture. Was here straight out of college and have worked at 2 sales orgs since. This is a sleezy company preying on college grads who don't know better....Read More
