Originally, I loved working for Medline but recently the culture, compensation, and division changed. Your experience can be positive or negative depending on the area, your division, manager, and what acute care rep you support. A few of my co-workers have had a much better experience than I did. Medline is a very large corporate fast paced company the position is demanding. The career experience was great and invaluable.

Company is changing and not what it used to be since PE got involved. Quota's are unattainable and an entire inside sales team let go. Sales numbers are increasing every year while commissions decrease. Good place to start in Medical Sales with a wide product portfolio to gain experience. I would not recommend with current expectations and changes.
