High demand and great product mix, really a very lean run org, a high degree of turnover and layoffs outside of sales. Good amount of client demand and money to be made, all reps make north of 6 figures in total comp. The base salary is light, no raises, the 401k match and benefits and pto are sub par. Actual product training is lacking, you need to really seek it out to succeed. work life balance is decent, and management is fair.

No raised yoy for merit or inflation. Eroding comp plan and rules of engagement. Company soon going private once again, economic/comp plan uncertain. Great product and account mix, a lot of opportunities to sell. However training is poor and speed thin. High turnover

Leadership is constantly changing but they pay is decent. Remote work and they do let you work wherever you want.
