Former Employee My overall experience was negative. Culture is "what have you done for me lately" which doesn't allow you to develop trust or any repore with your accounts. If you get lucky and walk into a territory that has been worked and has a nice pipeline. You can make a lot of money. For the everyday stress direct managers put on you. The upside of making a big payday is NOT worth it in my opinion.
