When I started, it was a great place to work. Leadership changes forced the company into a "growth" phase that meant treating employees as numbers instead of people. Leadership cared about nothing other than baseline performance with any issues met with reprimands or pips. Even though I was able to be successful, it was a miserable existence for the last 1-2 years of my employment. Commission was okay, not great.

Great company and people, great product fit, just wish the base compensation was a little higher for account executives, and ROE was more established.
