My one-to-one manager is incredible and recognizes the issues the company has. However, leadership above gives few reasons to trust the direction of the company. 90% of new sellers are failing to exceed 50% or higher of quota (thats generous) and there seems to be no pathway to success. Google reviews are bad and getting worse, and the product doesn't have a viable place in a struggling market. Most reps are living off of base salary.
