No direction from management, very top down approach and refuse to acknowledge where competition is doing well. Very little integration with marketing.

When you get an opportunity to have 3 different CEO's in 3 years, RUN. I should have pulled the rip cord on this dumpster fire way earlier. If the company can't figure our gross profit from their 1999 excel spreadsheet, RUN. It's always fun when your direct supervisor opines why you haven't left the company sooner, when you finally do RUN.
