The MM outbound sales team was new in 2024. Many challenges and changes, but directional it’s on the right path. New comp plan was great, with much higher earning potential.

I brought in some big accounts last year but no one else is making money, we already work with the best companies in home services and have a TAM problem.

John Waltrip is a salespersons nightmare. He has no idea what he’s doing so he acts holier than thou by watching influencers on LinkedIn while making you do his work.
