The compensation is just not enough. You are doing regular BDR work, and other companies pay thousands more. Leads are often diluted, and have been called for years prior. Bonus and quota numbers increase as you "level up" in the company. That is punishment. Lowest paying fixed commission structure I have ever seen.

NCSA will be the most fun job I will ever work - getting to talk sports with high school parents and their kids for a living. The hours and the hourly pay are just not sustainable for me.
