Positive overall. Pretty good compensation. There's definitely some good and bad. Main issue is lack of room for growth. Good working environment and people are supportive and kind. Upper management tends to not follow through.

My overall experience was good for the stage I was at in my career. At the time is a competitive compensation package comparable to other roles/orgs.
