Good company with product market fit. Mature and market leaders, however, limited TAM and not high growth. Territory has a big impact on success and earning capacity. Targets are not set realistically which can make it challenging to hit OTE.

Compensation is very competitive. The upper management is terrible with absolutely no vision and no knowledge of what clients value within the product suite.
