You can make money. Your money is dependent on how much OT you work because the people who try the hardest get fed the best leads. Otherwise you have to close people regardless of if they’re a good fit or not

Leadership is completely rudderless. The only thing savings the sales floor at this point is the product l, which is exactly what most clients need.
