leadership needs more accountability. base pay far lower than the market. remarked as the best SDR team within the Riverside portfolio but not treated that way. benefits not good. training is geared towards AEs and AMs. product offering too wide

Navigate360 is a great company to work for. You have the ability to sell some good products to schools in need. Pay could be better but a good job for a starter SDR.
