Former Employee If you’re thinking of joining nCino in Australia as a BDM, don’t. Leadership is chaotic and unqualified, with zero onboarding or training. You’re expected to do everything solo, only to have your deals handed off to AEs with no credit.
There’s no alignment, no support, and a toxic blame culture. Management is disconnected from the ANZ market and makes poor decisions behind closed doors. A demoralizing environment where good people leave quickly.
Avoid at all costs.
