Nearmap is a very good company, much better than my last one. The culture is good, quota is attainable, managers listen to us, and actually implement changes when they can, and it's not a high stress or hustle culture. Just do you job and you're good. The tech stack is ok but not innovate and sometimes it can be hard to get new systems or processes in place across the company. Overall I would still definitely recommend working for the company if you can. I expect to be here at least a few years and it looks like there is promotion potential based on previous people who got promoted.

Great product, leadership, pay, lead flow before getting purchased by Thoma bravo. Since then, quotas up, and compensation structure has changed to limit pay out. 20%+ price increase on the product. Overall, still a positive company to work for but culture and pay has been diminished since the buy out.
