It's fine, a mediocre company. Doesn't really have a good plan for developing talent internally and on the AE side most of the team is missing quota. Wouldn't recommend working here. They keep setting goals drastically higher while overall performance declines.

Great product but it is priced much higher than competition. Good opportunity for whales but deals can take 18 months to close. Leadership is great when you hit your number, but can be micromanagy if not. Lots of great people which is why we put up with some not optimal policies and red tape.
