Incentive plan isn't locked until ~1 month before the close of the half so you don't really know your number. The purpose is that "sellers should always be aggressive' but this isn't the way to motivate...

Churn and burn, out of touch micromanaging leadership that burns out reps very quickly. Non-innovative products, and a terrible sales incentive structure designed to keep people from quitting
