Former Employee The products here are great and high quality compared to competitors. They lack in innovation and rather wait for competitors to come up with new concepts to copy. Senior leadership values micromanagement for reps and area managers often dictating to area managers how to coach and manage reps. The culture feels threatening and derogatory.
