Current Employee It’s a solid company to work for however the base and comp plan is extremely low compared to other companies and avg yearly “raise” is $3k , bonus can be 15-25% of base. No room for advancement unless you are willing to relocate to a field office or headquarters in Missouri. The quotas are attainable because it is such a great a company who makes quality products however pay achieving goal is very low.
