My experience has been so positive. I have been beyond impressed with the organization. The team is focused on the outcome rather than micromanaging. The leadership is one of the most mature, well instructed, and impressive teams I have had the pleasure of working with. An area of improvement is training. To improve you need to do things on your own, but that also means there is no low value tedious trainings. You decide your level of effort.

NetSPI has dealt with turnover in the product leadership role over the last 2.5 years, but our CEO is currently filing in for that capacity and the other leaders from NetSPI within the product team have really stepped up to start making big improvements to the platform and tech.
