My overall experience was pleasant. No career guidance and no real motivation for management to encourage employees to grow. Culture became more toxic as the weeks went by and the overall morale just seemed to plummet.

This company has one of the best behavioral health EHR platforms, with add-ons that are affordable and meaningful for the customer. The opportunity to be successful is present, but inbound leads and commission structure were lacking.

Netsmart is the leader in its market, has the best solutions for those markets, and provides a lot of room for growth if you are willing to play the politics. The sales organization frequently has territory reassignments, which can make long sales cycles challenging.
