Good product. Terrible leadership. VP was allowed to scream and throw tantrums in the middle of the office in front of everyone. HR sat in the office directly next to his and did nothing

My experience here is formative and I’ve loved how the company has grown! The social Impact tech space hasn’t matured yet like other sectors so lots of growth opportunities still exist!

I was at Network for Good before it became Bonterra. When Bonterra took over, things changed for the worse. After 4 company-wide layoffs in a year, the team is now widdled down to a few people trying to reach massive goals with little to no leads and support. Managers are trying their best to support their sales reps with little to no support from C-level management....Read More

The company has good intentions but the priorities are constantly changing. The base pay is laughable and they never increase it
