Current Employee Ok but not great. Still very much white male bro culture and the top accounts have been held by reps who have been in the messy/tv business for years. Commission is low and if your client doesn’t pay you’re out of luck and they won’t do anything to help you. There is much competition in the digital ad sleeve and linear television is not what it used to be.
