Digital tactics 3-5 years behind. Pay structure for digital sales support is far below market average making this role a revolving door. AE role must be reliant on themselves to launch and manager digital campaigns. Constant pressure from management to peddle "NEW" digital tactics that others have come to market years ahead. Great to get your food into the media door, but you will need to have tenacity and be self-motivated to learn everything on your own. If I had to start as a new role in at Nexstar today, put a year or 2 in and move on.

This company has poor leadership and culture. They expect you to do 5 people’s job in one for the same pay. They give you outdated sales tools that are difficult to use. The CRM is awful and you can’t send emails out of it.
