Overall NielsenIQ has a product that is necessary for a lot of businesses based on the amount of data and type of data, unfortunately the quality is inconsistent and the company culture is lackluster, which leads to a frustrating work environment due to lack of innovation on a product that has not changed in decades

VP of Sales admitted the company is not good at forecasting for target revenue. Had to reduce the target to make it look like we would make the numbers and people still didn't hit their goals. Some people that didn't make quota still kept their job or were moved to a new role while others got fired.
