Former Employee Its a typical churn and burn model. They hire in sales classes of 10 every quarter, fire 8 by the next class. If you’re a good seller, you can make solid money at young age. However, once you hit a rut, you run into ultimate micro managers that just track numbers and don’t provide any development/added value.
