Current Employee Because Nuix keeps finding itself the subject of labor complaints across several states and also Federal, someone in Finance or Legal has made adjustments to the comp plan language so that Nuix is more transparent in its intent to never pay out an earned commission of any substantive value. The Nuix comp plan now states in various ways that commissions are discretionary, and you can bet that a commission over $50K will not be paid to the closing rep. Management and shareholders will of course receive their cut.
