Former Employee My overall experience was disappointing. On paper, it seemed like an absolutely wonderful opportunity, but the experience was quite the opposite. There were a lot of false promises made and there is more turnover than I've ever seen or experienced. I believe it's due to the company's mismanagement, lackluster leadership, and horrendous culture. In addition, the products they manufacture are substantially more expensive than very similar products their competitors manufacture and bring to market. On a more positive note, CADDY has a ton of potential if the management and culture pieces are addressed. Customers recognize and respect the brand, and they have solid Rep Agencies that have deep relationships with highly respected channel partners and integrators. In my opinion, they used to be the top dog in the market and seem to have rested on their past laurels and brand recognition. In my experience, CADDY was disappointingly difficult to work with and work for.
