Former Employee Micro-managerial environment, they don't trust field leaders to lead the team. Training is minimal and they expect you to start selling after 3 days. The POS system is simple to operate but has error messages that if you don't ask question on each on you won't know that there are work arounds. Upper management is always asking for more but never in the store so they are disconnected on how to increase production or handle issues. Browse Other Reviews
