From a sales perspective, absolutely not.  Compensation is not competitive and the notion that  50 percent of the floor is hitting quota is completely laughable.  VP and Director of Sales are both M.I.A. and the mid management is incompetent and incapable.  There is no product market fit.  Within the automotive industry OU has a terrible reputation (largely valid) and the product is expensive for what it delivers.  This is not a sales org it is a call center that leads with short term contracts with high discounts.  Your basically chasing down uninterested customers and hoping that the promotional pricing structure will get them to say screw it, let's do it.  Very little opportunity for significant career growth and avg. AE tenure is less than 24 months.  Not a career, a job and a bad one at that.

There are so many answers to this question depending on who you are. Let’s address that.

Let’s break it down.

If you are of the following, I’m going to tell you, yes.
-New to tech, ad sales.
-Needing a springboard to progress your career to get into a blue chip tech company.
-The reverse of that, you’re a sales leader from a blue chip tech company who wants to grow a strong startup as a springboard back into a blue chip company in a higher position when they return.
-If you love big startup culture, and have grit to see things through.

I would not suggest no, because as all things, you’re going to get what you put into it. 
For those that are apt to have a negative mind set, or find themselves habitually succumbing to victim culture, you should look elsewhere, or perhaps forge some intestinal fortitude first.

Like many startups, your going to sell a product that is an MVP. Expect to pivot, as C-Suite leaders see that the MVP, market, or scalability of a product being sold can no longer turn a profit as it once did. 
You’re in a startup and should expect to find a way to ethically sell an MVP to enable the company to drive revenue, test, and iterate.
