Not very good. New VP of sales. Trying to get account managers to act as AE’s. 3x KPI’s, goals increased month over month, despite economic decrease. Not a sustainable atmosphere for retention.

Not a bad company to work for. Managing 3rd party shipping is a pain in the butt. Low yielding commission structure only pays bonuses quarterly. Not very high quota attainment. Definitely more of a farmers role than a hunters role
