Current Employee People culture took a backseat once Private Equity got involved and they started showing the door to people who fostered the people-centric roots of the organization. Now the leaders and most managers are just focused on turning the company into a souless machine so they can cash out on their equity. This includes cutting costs ruthlessly (no "budget" for holiday parties), giving sales reps unrealistic targets (how are we on track for AOP when 90% of the sales teams are at or below 60% attainment for the year?!?!), and killing existing customer sentiments (I'm sure everyone is going to LOVE 20%-30% increases to their subscription while getting features and services that they originally had being put behind a paywall).
