The current training sessions are brief and rushed, resulting in limited preparation. The available sales materials lack organization and freshness, potentially hindering our sales representatives' ability to effectively engage clients. This lack of trust in our team's autonomy leaves significant room for error during sales interactions. Furthermore, our fulfillment process is inconsistent and ultimately unsatisfactory for our clients, leading to cancellations and financial repercussions for our representatives. Rather than prioritizing tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs and expectations, the company often opts for low-cost sales tactics aimed at initial acquisition, which may compromise long-term satisfaction. Unfortunately, this approach sometimes necessitates outsourcing our fulfillment services to offshore providers who may lack accountability. While digital marketing remains a crucial professional service, undervaluing it through bargain pricing reinforces the adage "you get what you pay for."
