My overall experience was okay. The job seems awesome at the beginning, but as you gain experience you realize it lacks structure and training. They always preached they always promote from within but positions are extremely limited. Very micromanaged even if you have been there for a long time. It is an okay start to get your foot in the door, but I would not recommend it for anyone long term.
