Really depends on your manager. Pay is pretty poor here. You also have to wait 2 months before receiving your compensation and you are only paid if the consumer holds retention for one month and then there is a waiting period of one month.

They sell you the stars and the moon. Compensation is Horrible. Your base is $43k and the commission is even worse. Let me put it this way you can sell 100 leads a month and you will probably get paid in less than 50% on them a whole month later.

You can sell 100 leads in 1 month you will only get paid on 30-60%. If you sell something on January for example you don’t get paid on anything that was sold in January until March.

Great training and leadership. Retaining leads is very important but also you get very little time to do so.
