I truly would not wish this job on my worst enemy. The micromanaging is actually nuts. The standards are always changing. You cannot breathe at ALL. I've never experienced anything like this. If you can survive here you, you can truly survive anywhere. The people here are so shady and you get $30 commission for each plan sold. It's sad

Not for the weak-hearted. Decent earning potential if you finish in the top 5% of all sales agents. Questionable leadership has lead to tremendous employee turnover rate. "Churn and burn" business concept, no care for employees. An entry level sales job for recent college graduates who are having trouble getting their foot in the door.
