Former Employee Good company and leadership is pretty solid as well. With any start-up there are a lot of changes and things out of your control, but overall the company was a great place to be for my time there. Real estate market isn't too hot right now, and the company has gone through a lot of RIF's and restructures, but product is unmatched and the people there have good intentions. Moving to more of a brokerage style company, where all of their sales people are contract.
