Current Employee Very impressive work hard company. Bit of a cult vibe on the sales side but I guess that's somewhat required when you move at the pace they do here in SMB. Very good coaching opportunities for XDRs and AEs alike. Bar is set pretty high but the product is very impressive. The competition is literally stealing our designs these days and suing us over bogus stuff, so you know we're doing something right. Definitely not a 9-5 style role, if you've got commitments outside of work that eat up a lot of your time, this may not be the place to be. Hiring is going like crazy though as we're bringing on 5+ XDRs every month and a handful of AEs. One promotion per month on average from BDR to AE as well.
