Owner.com is a great company all around with a lot of great people working here. The company is on trajectory for consistent and strong growth moving forward. There is an abundance of small-medium sized restaurants out there that need what Owner is offering. However, Owner is still just getting started, meaning it has a lot of growing pains. All startups do. If you plan on joining the Owner.com team, you need to be on board with change happening constantly and be able to adapt to it quickly. If you're looking to get promoted fast, you must be the top rep across the board consistently. Time in role and lifetime metrics do not matter to leadership. In other words, to get promoted you just need to work more/harder than the other reps.

It's been a joy being part of the company for almost 2 years at this point.
