Former Employee Leadership has no clue how to run a sales organization. They want robots to regurgitate talk tracks and roll plays. No creative selling, reps are basically Uber Eats delivery drivers for the offices. The only value they bring is food. They sell you on a great company culture and good benefits then micro-manage the sales force and make them report each and every call exactly when it happens. Great if you want a safe and unexciting career with little to no commissions.
