A big hire and fire culture. People are constantly let go (some whilst even on maternity leave). The product is limited and doesn’t allow customer success to upsell. Culture is strange with a lack of visibility. Inbound leads were all given to AEs.

Neil, the CEO, may come across as nice, but this is far from the truth. He has a history of firing salespeople. The co-founder, Segev, left due to the toxicity in the company.
