Amazing Culture. Great on paper during historic bull run / low interest / VC funding. Three rounds of layoffs. Could have potential when the economy / rates come back to eath.

Quota is unobtainable in the current plan. People sell, and deals are made but virtually nobody has hit quota and for that matter exceeded it. Not to mention comp was changed and we are making less than before.
