Leadership follows the CFO’s direction and the changes made by him have led the company into a negative trajectory. Lots of corners cut and costs reduced. This isn’t a company that is investing in you or will have you around long term if you don’t fit the direction the organization is heading.

Very rigid style of management. Constant changes to pay structure can be overwhelming. Owning entire sales cycle without marketing support is challenging. Upside is the opportunity to sell into key major accounts and establish relationships with CFOs and their teams, providing me access to strategy leaders.
