A revolving door in the CRO position makes it very hard to have a sales strategy. The CEO and CFO are in their first C Suite jobs and are struggling in a major way and it caused the Enterprise VP to leave for a different leadership team.

Leadership is the biggest obsticle here. Pay and comp was really good. Products had a good industry fit.

My overall experience is leadership is poor and the company is losing quality salespeople because of no training, poor metrics and bad reputation!
