Not a great company to work for. Very much a frat like culture. Initial training is in-depth but there is little to no ongoing training. Poor product fit for the market. Negativity and scare tactics are there way of motivating employees. All work can be accomplished remote but force you to come in office for “company culture” spoiler: it’s a toxic one.

Great experience, great company. Good training, very helpful people and culture. Definitely a work hard play hard environment. You have to put in the work and earn it but great potential to make money.

My overall experience is amazing. The leadership here is amazing. I would just say the base salary and commission structure is different
