Former Employee Great sales training for young sales professionals, especially as an entry way into IT. They had a great sales driven atmosphere. Everyone was on the same comp plan so it was easy to understand the degree at which others were succeeded and what it took to be successful. However if you were given a weak territory, the "one size fits all" comp structure hurt a lot of reps but i think that has since been adjusted. Although the atmosphere was beneficial in many ways, it often mimicked that of a "boiler room" where vacation was frowned upon and sales managers often acted like drill sergeants
