9/10 reps were missing quota, but the company was a startup and building PM fit. Culture was fantastic. Fully remote. Compensation plans were market average if not slightly higher. But commission was few and far between with everything being pilots.

Greater lead flow would help pipeline development, faster technology enhancements would help prevent customer churn, and greater tolerance for lengthy sales cycles would help position reps for current and future success.

Parsable was acquired, but at the time the culture was good, pay was good, decent product but pricing was not in line with competition.
