Do not work for this company, extremely micromanagers, weird policies, and training is 90 days before any benefits are able to be used. About 100 employees and has a retention rate of 45%. If you want more insight, go look at the horror stories on glassdoor.

miss quota once they fire you. Micro-managed every minute. if your computer goes to sleep for more then 3 min you get pinged

Hectic to say the least not a leading person in the company they have a very high turn over for senior level management. We have not had a VP of sales in the last two years. Managers come and go and they hire and fire quite a bit.
